Poor John McCain... the media wants us to understand something about him...
Starting about 7 minutes in, the esteemed Hardball panel explains to us that John McCain just isn't told much about what is going on by his staff, and if he had the ability to fully understand his campaign, he wouldn't like it because he's too 'honorable'. He didn't know that his commercials were lying... he was too far into the tapioca.

The poor coddled, senile old coot - let's elect him President.

Please, shoot me now.

2. And this is spun as a reason to vote for McGhoul
We are supposed to believe that a man that has no idea what is going on in his campaign will make a good president

WTF!!!!!

3. This is hard to believe!
They make excuses up for him with absolutely no attribution, with no one asking them to, then go on acting like this man could be voted in charge of the presidency and the big red button? Get out of here! :wow:

They must have gotten word that McCain's ads were backfiring big time....because all I saw was them offering him cover. These whores are the shits! disgusting. :(

5. I was dozing on and off when I heard that, and thought I might be hallucinating or something.
this is exactly along the lines of "McCain does't seak for the campaign."

if that's the case, all he's become is a PAWN of his handlers, who are mostly all Rove clones of the worst sort

have you seen what that creep Schmidt looks like?

a fat Jeff Gannon and Michael Smerconish

10. Up is down, peace is war and McCain is too honorable to
be running the scurrilous campaign that he is running. The news media has a gigantic case of cognitive dissonance. They cannot make what they see with their own eyes comport with what they thought they knew about St. John. So they concoct harmonizing theories that will not cause them to rethink their earlier perceptions. This is one dysfunctional press corps and the consequences for the country may well be devastating.

16. I watched that too and was flabbergasted.
How in the world does a presidential candidate not know what his staff is doing? What in the world is going on deep inside the McSame camp? Who or what is really in control there?

Scary and maybe a huge clue.
