3. You're not seeing things...
...it's their campaign that needs a sponsor.

They need to study the Serenity Prayer:

..."accept the things I cannot change"

They're losers and can't accept it.

5. You mean the comparison of Obama's leadership skill to Moses'?
Yeah, I thought that was a curious ad for McSame as well--and I'm not medication that would make me violently ill if I had alcohol with it.

I mean, that Moses was quite the effective leader.

I don't get it either... :wtf:

7. Oh, I dunno ...

I saw it and decided I needed to get drunk to try to understand it.

Is he ready to lead? You just spent your minute comparing Obama to Moses, a person who clearly knew how to lead (I mean, *I* am not following some old fart through the desert for that long unless he's got some serious leadership skills), and then actually ask the question?

Uh, yeah. He is.

I understand it. I just don't understand it as a McCain ad.

So I must drink to reverse my thinking.

9. No doubt. I liked the first ad. Had to kill it when the 2nd got going.
The first ad, tho', I think captures the essence of what is needed of Barack, or any US leader, at this time. If any time demanded someone lead the US out of a wilderness, it is the time following George W. Bush. It's kind of nice, in a totally non-Euclidian way, that McCain's campaign acknowledges this.

So there's nothing wrong with that, and anyone who *could* do it would be a fairly presumptuous sort, by necessity. If that presumption appears like vanity to some who've gotten a bit too close to GWB during these hell blasted years, that's just a fact we all have to live with.

13. Meh, just proves they have no original thought: 'He ventured forth to bring light to the world...
The anointed one's pilgrimage to the Holy Land is a miracle in action - and a blessing to all his faithful followers

And it came to pass, in the eighth year of the reign of the evil Bush the Younger (The Ignorant), when the whole land from the Arabian desert to the shores of the Great Lakes had been laid barren, that a Child appeared in the wilderness.

The Child was blessed in looks and intellect. Scion of a simple family, offspring of a miraculous union, grandson of a typical white person and an African peasant. And yea, as he grew, the Child walked in the path of righteousness, with only the occasional detour into the odd weed and a little blow.

When he was twelve years old, they found him in the temple in the City of Chicago, arguing the finer points of community organisation with the Prophet Jeremiah and the Elders. And the Elders were astonished at what they heard and said among themselves: “Verily, who is this Child that he opens our hearts and minds to the audacity of hope?”

In the great Battles of Caucus and Primary he smote the conniving Hillary, wife of the deposed King Bill the Priapic and their barbarian hordes of Working Class Whites.

And so it was, in the fullness of time, before the harvest month of the appointed year, the Child ventured forth - for the first time - to bring the light unto all the world.'

McCain's campaign is plagiarizing intellectual product albeit such as it is
