You're seeing how Obama would handle Ahmadinejad
Edited on Fri Aug-01-08 10:28 PM by Bleachers7
I think we're seeing how Obama would handle adversity in the world. Obama is confident and prepared. He knows what the goal is and how to achieve it. Obama has a plan. He's not going to be distracted by a shit throwing monkey like the McCain campaign, or a delusional dictator like Ahmadinejad.

I love how Obama carries himself and the McLoon camp can't stand it. Obama is presidential. He's better equipped (to borrow from Merkel), and a better candidate. So what does the McCrap camp try to do? They try to bring Obama down a few notches. Obviously, it's not working. They will get even more desperate and they will blow this election. Just watch. B-)

1. By October I fully expect ads saying "Don't vote for a N-word!"
Obama is playing with this old fart like a bullfighter with a bull. He's doing just what he should do with someone like McCain with low self esteem and anger management issues - ignoring him for the most part with an occasional mocking joke. It's just going to make him madder and sooner or later he will blow - and the aftermath will be classic.

I'm already preparing the

7. "Is this the best you can do?" was a great line
and the longer I think about it, the more I think you are right. Eventually Barack is going to say something that is entirely truthful that will make Grampy blow up in public like a cherry bomb. The simple fact is that Obama and his team are much smarter than the McCain't people. The second fact is that so many people in the electorate are really hurting and looking for something different. When Obama corners Grampy about economics in a debate the election will be over.

The Obamans are letting Grampy punch himself out, amassing a terrifying amount of money, and when they let loose the dogs of war, McCain will get chewed up like a steak in the lion's cage.

2. Interesting point.
So many of us here wanted Bush to use restraint with Saddam. But with Obama we want him going for McCain's jugular! If he did, why would we think he would treat world leaders any better?

10. Excellent point
Barack Obama has never tried to be anything other than Barack Obama. As you say, he is the Popeye of candidates: "I yam what I yam and that's all what i yam!" Real authenticity, as opposed to Grampy's transparently false attempts to be real, which are inevitably doomed to failure as he has completely lost what made him real in 2000, will take the day.

4. McCain knows that Obama stands in the way of his presidency.....
and unfortunately for him, Obama is like a great big wall, and McCain will not be able to get in.

6. Great OP, Bleachers..thank you
The guttersnipe campaign(to borrow from buzzflash) wants to "burst Obama's balloon before it has a chance to float away" but they didn't know how to do it without exposing their own unworthy stupid minds.

8. Oh, I hear what you're saying. And for matter some say its easier to fly...
when you take yourself lightly. But Persia is not a shit throwing monkey. They've been haggling and negotiating for millennia, seen every face pantomime has to offer. I'm sure they'll bring a fresh deck of cards.
