You need to stand up for the troops. Because McCain is politicizing them the same way Bush politicizes the Justice Dept. and pretty much everything else.

You will turn McCain's supposed strength into a weakness.

You will challenge his lie without directly repeating it.

You will get air time for asserting yourself.

McCain gave you a prime opportunity to smack him down without realizing it.
