Seriously buying time in DC doesn't count and throwing another city, just to say it's not just DC, doesn't count either.

Paid media is advertising. Free media is PR.

Thanks again corporate conservative media.

4. I've got no problem with DISCUSSING the ads, I just son't think they should air them in full.
Would they air a Coca-Cola ad in order to discuss the content--and yeah, they shouldn't air ours either.

8. They've done that too..
Paris Hilton did an ad for (Burger King?) where she was washing a car, and it got lots of airplay in the media.

6. If McCain doesn't foot the bill for ads in multiple states, then there's no reason to discuss it.

3. Yesterday, the McCain/Spears/Hilton ad...
... was the lead story on every hourly segment of CNN. You are quite right, essentially the ad got free airplay at the top of every hour.

9. Think of it as a 10 BILLION Dollar Campaign Contribution to the Repiggies
That's how much money we would need to match them, because airtime costs US A MILLION DOLLARS A MINUTE!!!
