These commercials are really bad

I am in Michigan on vacation and haven't watched a lot of TV but every time I turn it on, it seems only moments before a McCain or Obama commercial is on. The McCain one with Britney Spears is so nasty! And Obama's isn't nasty enough.

It's only July and if this is how it is going to be in October, this campaign is bound to get really bad.

2. this is a shallow point, but KO raised it last night too.

Paris Hilton and Britney Spears? Kind of 2005, if that. And I also feel shallow for noticing that the footage they used of Britney is like, more than 6 years old. Heh. Too bad we can't get a shot of John McCain having a meltdown, and position it against the Britney bald/umbrella shots.
