$200K of SBVT's initial funding came from Bob J. Perry, a c lose associate of Bush's chief political advisor Karl Rove. Perry has also directly given $48,000 to Bush election efforts, including $2000, the maximum amount, this year.

SBVT's spokeswoman Marrie Spaeth is married to Tex Lezar, George Bush's running mate in the 1994 TX gubernatorial election

SBVT's figurehead John O'Neill is in a law partnership with:
- George Bush's Department of Commerce deputy council, Margaret Wilson. Wilson was also George Bush's General Council from 1998-2000 while Bush was TX governor
- Jack O'Neill, former husband of Harriet O'Neill who Bush appointed to the TX state Court of Appeals

A couple guys who the administration says were al Qaeda "associates" were in Iraq. Well, not anywhere as many as there were 9/11 hijackers in the US, but there was a couple of them

Podesta screwed the pooch yesterday with George Stephomealymouth and O'Neill. He came across as too angry, and wide reaching. I think you nailed it Elk, on the link to Bush. I'd also suggest that we focus on the biggest, most provable lies regarding the Smear Boat Frags. Personally, I think the Silver Star incident is the most powerful piece.

BTW, I haven't been able to set up any new accounts on the inSeanity board. Any clue what's up with that? I think I had one of their moderators hospitalized with sleep depravation for awhile.
