Nancy Pelosi should be Obama's VP
After all, she's got a lot of experience doing nothing over the last year.

1. What does that mean? Obama's VP doesn't need experience, or
something well out of my time and space realm, which is tenuous?

11. I think the OP is trying to be cute, implying that Vice Presidents don't do anything
That is the way it used to be viewed, not anymore

4. Nancy Pelosi should be McGoo's VP
After all, she's done more for the neocons then she has for us. California needs to do something about her.

8. She's brougth down the party?
We're poised to take the White House and make huge gains in both houses. The ignorant Pelosi-hatred here is out of control.

that if only somebody other than Nancy Pelosi were speaker of the house, that Bush and Cheney would be impeached and convicted? That's just so far from reality it's deranged.

15. If Nancy Pelosi were to step down, then Steny Hoyer would be Speaker.
And if anyone here thinks that impeachment will suddenly happen with a Speaker Hoyer, guess again.

17. The irony is that they're so mad at her because they believe
she and she alone is stopping the conviction and removal of Bush and Cheney, which would lead to .... President Pelosi - the woman they hate as much as Bush and Cheney.

13. all that happened DESPITE her, not BECAUSE of her.
she has a real problem getting any kind of momentum for anything beyond bi-partisan back-scratching.

Howard Dean? He has the same stance on impeachment as Pelosi. Barack Obama? He has the same stance on impeachment as Pelosi.

22. I have posted my feelings about this ad nauseum
no need to pile on more and rile the boards up. You can go ahead and have fun with that. I am by NO MEANS the only one who think Pelosi is a miserable failure in her inadequate use of the power of her office(s).

9. This doesn't make any sense.
Apparently you don't know that since the 70's VP's have done much more than preside over the senate and attend state funerals.

21. Hmmm, maybe that's the reason why she keeps speaking against Hillary
being on the ticket with such vehemence. If she spent half as much effort in fighting the Repugs, Bush and Cheney would have already been impeached. Hey Nancy, screw you!!!
