And it wasn't a long drive, maybe a couple miles. 3 were right in a row, just on different sides of the street. Pretty cool! On my street, we have one along with a neighbor two doors down. :D

4. Oh Salt Lake is like every major city in a state, liberal.
Remember, we elected Rocky Anderson...twice. ;)

8. Also saw an Obama sticker on a pick-up truck on the freeway earlier in the day!
Still no McCain signs/stickers.

A lot of W '04 trash, though.

which is both Liberal and politically active, but I've seen Obama signs on a few mansions. When those people want change, something is definitely up.

14. I live here.
And quite like it. It's a fairly liberal city with a kickass mayor.

15. My grandmother lived there...

...It's certainly changed, from your description. I know a lot of outsiders have settled in. I remember visits when I was younger. I guess since the Olympics, you can now get a drink in a restaurant without mixing it yourself. Do they still have the state run liquor stores? Can you buy booze on Sunday now?

16. Since I'm a PA native and resident
I don't make fun of other states liquor laws since ours are so archaic. Of course ours are set that way so the state can make money as holding the monopoly as the distributer outside of bars for wine and liquor

17. Yup.
Our liquor stores are state run and you can't buy booze on Sundays, but this is all about to change. Our Republican governor is making a push to liberalize our liquor laws!
