Since the US oil companies are exporting 33% more of our refined oil to foreign countries this year than last, what is the guarantee that increased production will not also go to foreign countries??

Could this guy be anymore stupid?

Whenever I hear him speak, I shake my head in disbelief that one half of the voters in this country made him the leader of the free world. And what's even more scary, there's quite a few that would vote for him for a third term if they could.
