Of course this was in 1999, but remember this in light of the "book ban" accusations against the Kerry campaign:

...checked a copy of it out of my local library. It's not published by St. Martin's anymore. I don't have the book in front of me, but I think it is now published by a company called Softskull.

It was quite good...very sad too, as you got to see the author Hatfield degenerate pretty quickly...definitely worth seeing...
