Should this forum be renamed Swiftboat Liars for Bush?
Forgodsake....there are many other issues out
there...a lot more important. Keeping the issue
alive isn't helping.

Just my opinion.
I am not a Dem Stategist.

1. You have a point. We are letting this issue, as annoying as it is,
to distract attention from other issues where bush* can be taken to the woodshed for what he has personally done or failed to do.

This is one subject in a long chain of subjects which has knocked more damning stories off page one.

The campaign is against bush*/Cheney. Eyes on the prize.

2. A couple days ago this board was almost free of Smear Vets threads
This will pass and we'll be back to other more important issues soon.

Things come and go very quickly on the internet.

:)

4. You're right
but this issue is past its expiration date.

As Bob Somerby puts it our cable hosts
are unfit to command the facts on this one.

7. What could be more important than having Kerry win?
Edited on Fri Aug-20-04 03:17 PM by nodictators
Kerry's chances have been damaged by the Swifty Boat Liars.

Should we now stand silent and let Bush win in November???

8. There are repeating threads on this topic
and my point is, other than too many
threads that are saying the same thing,
there are real issues we can move on to.

In my opinion, sane people see how much
of a shark story this is...that Kerry
volunteered for that absurd war, was
decorated for his bravery and that's in
stark contrast to Bush's help into the
Guard to avoid going to Vietnam.
Bush doesn't win on this topic. It's just
another stupid Rove trick.

But if you guys want to keep the mosh
pit going, that's everyone's choice.
