However, she wasn't ambushed. She just was not prepared and not quick enough on her feet mentally to respond. Sure, she can sit down and spit out venom in a column or a book when she has prep-time, but sit her down and force her to debate and she's in trouble. She's like most RWers that way. Good on their own or when they have time to prepare, but basically empty when confronted.
