i have managed kitchens since the early 80s and i always have a rule
if you have a complaint
have a solution

dont come crying without a suggestion as to how a situation improves
as the complainer the onus is on you
as to what corrections can be made

any real and actual concern will meet my rule
all else is the mewling of those who will hold us back
and in the phrase "constructive criticism" the key qualifying word is "constructive"
that means to build up
not tear down
