I think that's probably the question we have to look at. Look at the way they support "traditional" family values and "roles". The husband as "head" of the family, the wife as submissive and constantly pregnant.

I think there is some self-hatred there.

My guess is the stronger a woman's sense of her own value and power, the more likely she is to vote Dem.
