Keith hosts the show Countdown on MSNBC, weeknights at 8 PM.

You might remember him from his ESPN days.

He's witty. His show counts down the top stories of the day, with some humorous filler mixed in.

He's the only cable TV news guy I can bear to watch anymore.

The nice thing about him is that he doesn't just repeat the media's script of the day.

He describes a situation where the boats are on the rivers, fully exposed, with jungle lining the shores. You can't see 2 feet into the jungle.
