Why would any rethug whine about Obama not taking public financing for his campaign?

In the most pure and capitalistic way, it levels the playing field. If McBush were to accept the same rule, it would be mano y mano.

Obama and his people's donations vs McBush and his people's donations.

Washington lobbyists and special interest PACs be damned!

The only reason I can fathom the rethugs don't like it is if you accept campaign money from the government, your spending is capped at or around $84 million. Ah, maybe McBush does not think he can compete?

Please correct me if I'm missing something, but LESS government intervention and simply fighting it out using your own resources is about as American as it gets. Not only is that patriotic, but sensible.

Apparently Obama challenged him to go with public financing and now Obama is against it.
