7. Gregory on MSNBC just said she
would endorse him too. She has to suspend because she still needs to raise money to cover all her debts, if she concedes the campaign is closed and she can no longer fundraise. Rangle is the one who got angry with the speech and Pelosi and Reid pushed her to do this.

19. Notice they gave her until Friday
and she's waiting until Friday.

You know, it isn't as if she didn't know the final primaries were going to happen yesterday. It isn't as if she wasn't aware of the math. Denial doesn't cover this. I can't imagine that she doesn't realize that forcing her own supporters to make this call forcing her to stop this fiasco makes her look pretty out of touch with reality.

20. Great point. It's clear that she wasn't leaving until they forced her to leave.
Sad and pathetic.

8. Suspending a campaign is the same as ending. This is also what Edwards did.
I believe it has more to do with campaign rules and staff issues than hoping for a scandal.

9. Nope that's standard
It's a technicality that gives the candidate more control over their cash.

12. Everyone 'suspends' they don't just 'end and completely reject the notion.'
Something *could* happen as "evil" as it is to point that out.

15. I wonder if she heard from a lot of unhappy supporters
over her treatment of Obama in her speech? I read from a lot of supporters here last night that they wrote how embarrassed she made them feel or how they didn't like what she did.

16. Most of them always suspend.
Concession is for General Elections. John Edwards suspended his campaign, for example. Then he did not endorse for several months. Why is that alright for him and not for Clinton? She is not still hoping for a scandal. How does one assume that they know what she is "hoping for"? She will do the right thing of course to unite the party. She is not the monster that everyone has made her out to be.

Why? What did you expect? You remember where this is, right?
