Pat Buchanan : BUT WHAT DOES HE DO ABOUT THE HILLARY PROBLEM!?
Edited on Wed Jun-04-08 07:30 AM by ErinBerin84
Anyone watch Morning Joe this morning? I just turned it off because Terry came on set with a bottle of rum and said "We're winning!" when Pat said "Great job last night!", but there have been some funny moments so far. They replayed Hillary's speech, and Joe said "When my 5 year old daughter is sitting at the edge of her couch and watching High School Musical, she has the same GLEAM in her eye that Pat has when he watches Hillary's speech from last night! You really think she's Nixonian, don't you?" and Pat looked giddy and said "I do!" In Pat land, being Nixonian is the highest compliment of the land. And then Harold Ford JR was on (he said that he found her speech "curious" and didn't like the tone, but was giving her 24 hours to sort it out), Pat repeated like 8 times "WHAT DOES HE DO ABOUT THE HILLARY PROBLEM?!" Every time Harold gave an answer that didn't satisfy Pat, Pat grew louder and more frustrated and said "But we'll still be talking about whether Hillary's VP all of the time. WHAT DOES HE DO ABOUT THE HILLARY PROBLEM?" Finally, Harold just said "Pat, you're not voting for her anyways, but I appreciate your "concern" (they were all laughing about it though). I still can't believe that Harold thinks that the McCain speech was good! (well, I can believe it coming from him, haha. He did say it was poorly delivered , which I think is being very generous to say the least).

Also, turned on to CNN, and they said that Bob Johnson had written a "letter" to Jim Clyburn "encouraging the dream ticket". Yeah...I wonder if it's like the same letter of "encouragement" that was sent to Nancy Pelosi...

edited to add: Harold Ford was also talking about the politics of "division and polarization", and he just happened to glance at Pat when he said that, and Pat said "What are you looking at me for?"

2. yeah...and copies of his book forJoe and Mika.
He said "you can listen to the audio version and hear my voice for hours. Light some candles. It will change your love life." or something. I turned it off after that, feel free to tell me what he is saying about Hillary if anyone is still watching.

6. I briefly changed the channel to save my sanity...
when I changed it back, they were asking Terry if Hillary knows that she lost. As they broke for commercial, he finally admitted that she knows that Obama "has the numbers". Whatever the hell that means.

3. Buchanan sees the Hillary VP as the last hope of the GOP.
If she's VP, they might win.

I'm waiting for Scaife to start publishing pressure on Obama to take her as VP. The wingnuts' jobs will be so much easier is she's on the ticket.

4. Isn't Harold Ford that DLC'er that quit Foxnews when Hillary started losing
and now he show's up on MSGOP? Why can't they hire a DNC'er instead of these DINO warmongers?
