Hillary is still in it and WILL win it.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We have no reason to hang our heads, friends. This ain't over yet. In case you didn't notice, the lady in the "pants suits" did not sing yet. My guess is she will reach out to Obama folks in some conciliatory way and while it may make many of us reach for a puke bag, it is the smart thing to do.

The reality is Obama is so flawed as a candidate that even the most devoted of his supporters who hold political office will jump ship like rats on a sinking ship rather than risk losing their own cushy jobs. There is no honor amongst most of these thieves despite the old adage to the contrary. The fear is not IF the next shoe will drop on Obama, it is, will it be a whole SHOE STORE and how muddy will those shoes be.

This man cannot win and everyone knows it. But politicians being politicians they need to figure out how to minimize looking like cowardly sellouts as they look for an opening to jump back into the good graces of Hillary Clinton and her supporters. If this “Whitey” thing breaks as all say it will, it will be the kiss of death for Obama. You may be able to convince the world that the man who mentored you, prayed with you and your family, married you to your wife, and on and on, had you hood winked. But it is an entirely different story when you try to say you did not know your spouse’s real feelings. Attending the same church for twenty years you should know your pastor. Sleeping in the same bed for twenty years with the same person you damn sure know that persons inner most thoughts and feelings.

As I said before, when the people you pray with, preach with, and sleep with all share the same ideology , you cannot lay claim to being “different” than them. This is not a matter of “guilt by association” as some would have you believe. This is guilt by “affiliation” and “marriage”.

If the GOP start their attack on Obama now he will never survive. He is so wounded at this point that he did just “wheeze” his way to the finish line. The DNC will all look like fools bent on political suicide to run him in the fall election. Hillary on the other hand only needs to sit back, act gracious, confident and conciliatory as she watches Obama’s house of ill placed cards, collapse. With her victory in securing the popular vote, winning all the critical swing states, an 18 million person army of die hard supporters, a reputation as a champion for all people, and a “great smile” . Hillary will be asked to face off against McCain, and will become our next president.

Now Hillary supporters we can feel happy!

2. Delusional thinking is not a way to go through life - the rest of America believes
that Obama has an EXCELLENT CHANCE to be our next President. :patriot:

Well, this is what I've been thinking; however, I am now wondering if there is no turning back. The blacks are convinced that BO is the nominee, lol. What do you think they're going to do if the SDs switch over to Hillary? What about the people living in Chicago. I don't think the democratic party can maneuver around something like this. The ones in charge are too damned incompetent! But I still think she's going to get the nomination!!!

11. It certainly is true that Obama has won the support of...
half of the Democratic Party.

Where will he get the votes for the rest of his campaign?

I can understand having a completely different opinion, but some of them don't seem to have any grasp of reality.

13. I love the 'wheezing across the finish line' line.. heres the reality.
He opened up a fucking huge lead and coasted to victory.

Use any sports analogy you want. When a team is up by 30 at the half. They 'manage' the rest of the game. Thats what happened here.

18. They sound more like freepers than freepers do.
It's pretty upsetting to witness that level of disconnect. It's escapism via hero worship. Not that uncommon, I guess. But, they really should retire themselves from the process unless they are going to make an effort to know what they're talking about.
