Tucker's annoying as hell
Anyone else watching the "afterparty with Dan Abrams"

"Those starbucks baristas who are slack jawed and think he's jesus"
and then Rachel striking back and saying "Ok...let's look at the alternative of JOHN MCCAIN! Change...it might be bad! " S

Also, Tucker last week was saying "What's up with all of these FRIENDS that Obama has?" Lol, it was just funny because it made me think of that story of him taking Ron Paul to a brothel to meet the owner who was Tucker's "friend" .

and yes, I'm drunk right now.

1. Rachel seems to love geekslapping tucker.
No offense to any geeks, I don't know the exact word to describe what she does to him EVERY TIME HE OPENS HIS FUCKING MOUTH.

She rolled her eyes into the camera when he was ranting about some
part of the Obama speech he didn't like. He'd better watch out, she could have her own show pretty soon....

3. Wait a minute-Tucker took Ron Paul
to a brothel to meet the owner, who was Tucker's friend?

And that's all you wrote?

What the hell? Could you tell the rest of this story? Please?

That has to be the most bizarre thing I heard tonight.

9. eh, here's Wonkette's take on it. (there are other links, but I just think Wonkette is funny)
it links to a New Republic piece by Tucker.

It's a legal brothel, but that doesn't make it less creepy. Lol, how are they "old friends"?

17. Thanks, Erin.
Creepy AND funny. Tucker and Ron Paul at a brothel. I'll be laughing at this for a week.

4. He's like Buchanan
He's upset that the GOP doesn't have the Democratic candidate they'd like to take on. They were locked and loaded to smear Hillary, and it's upsetting them that they might not get to use it.

5. He's being an unprecedented asshole tonight.
And considering his assholishness in the past, that's saying something.

7. Understand that he's been busted down in the MSNBC hierarchy.
Rachel's in-studio, Tucky's in an empty newsroom elsewhere via a feed. (I'm surprised we haven't seen a cleaning person go by in the background.)

He lost his show, and she's the new ascendant star. She's been on for all of the recent prime-time coverage while he's been relegated to the graveyard shift and the occasional “pity” appearance during the day. He's working off his contract on garbage duty and while he's usually quite pissy, he's been even moreso since getting demoted

All he can be right now is a d*ck—and I'm loving watching him suffer. :)

12. I'm from Harlem....Uptown baby!!
Anyway you make a valid point. I was never big on MSNBC but I did know of Tucker because of he guested on one of the shows I watched. When I did start watching I kept wondering why he was sort of in the back drop. He came across to me as being really popular and knowledgeable and I figure he either left MSNBC and comes and does guest appearances or he was demoted. Thanks for letting me know and yes I always thought he was a jerk. He just came across with this arrogance, damn it was annoying.

13. so true
I didn't even mind the show that much, even though he was a major prick. At least it kept him confined him to specific hour. Now, he can turn up on Morning Joe, Hardball, and Dan Abrams all in one day.

10. Abrams is such a total tool
and Carlson can't even keep his own show on the air. He's even ditched his signature tie. So sad. Neither of them has any business pontificating on Democratic anything.

14. damn it!
I was all excited about Obama being gone, but he was replaced by Joe Watkins (or Rev Joe Watkins, depending on the religious story du jour that the MSM has for Obama). Ok, maybe it's just a thing I have about Republicans, obviously. And the fact that I am drunk is probably making them seem even more annoying tonight.

18. lol
the fact that Tucker can call other people elitists when he used to wear a bow tie daily , is heir to the Swanson frozen food fortune, has a son named Buckley, and has a journalism career even though he dropped out of college (don't get me wrong, this is IN NO WAY an indictment on him for that. I just think the chances that he was able to use his family connections to help him get in the door are pretty likely. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but who is he to cast the first stones of elitism? Yes, I'm lumping him into that category, but he does that all of the time. He is not exactly in touch with the every day person as far as I can tell). I actually think he has interesting positions on some things, like gay marriage, but his treatment of Hillary Clinton towards the beginning of the primary (and I intensely dislike her) was gross enough to make me have sympathy for her. "SHE's a SAD person. It's pathetic."

Plus, during the McCain "Vikki Iseman scandal", he said "I feel sorry for anyone whose personal life gets speculated about in the political field", and talking about how unfair it is. I read an article about it, and the next paragraph had a quote from him that he had made some time before the McCain scandal. "Is it a legitimate issue whether or not Bill and Hillary still sleep in the same bed? Of COURSE it's an issue!"

suck on that, Carlson. Maybe this will get read on Morning Joe if not tonight, haha. And I will not remember having written it.
