Seriously. All day, I've heard from reporters who had talked to aides that this was going to be a speech, not conceding, but more about celebration (rather than extortion...) and unity. And that she would be gracious and measured. I remember when the AP report first came out, Jonathan Alter was saying that he didn't really believe it, and that it would be a celebration of the campaign. Then he said "But...it would be kind of bizarre if she completely ignored that Obama hit the number."
