2. She needs to show she can "deliver" her supporters

A lot of Democratic candidates for congressional and statewide seats could be hurt if Clinton supporters decide to sit out the election. And if that happens, it won't be forgotten. She needs to build their support by actively encouraging Democrats to vote during the GE campaign.
