Enough! Kerry has to go on the offensive and reclaim the agenda
We have wasted time explaining and agonizing and over Kerry's IWR vote. Rove won this round.

Screw this playing defense crap. We have to take control of the debate.

Kerry and his surrogates should pound Bush on his incompetence and the criminal corporate behavior of his war industry cronies and his horrible abuse of the men and women serving in the National Guard and Reserves. Here is something I would like to hear. "Mr. Bush, the men and women of the National Guard today do not have the option you had to check a box on your application and spend your time in the Guard in a bar in Alabama."

Don't bother answering any of Bush's long distance taunts. Bush is just proving he is a bullying coward. Just respond by saying if Bush has so many questions, why hasn't he accepted Kerry's challenge to debate ALL the issues...NOW.

1. Right on! I'd love to see them in a debate on the very
questions that Bush is asking? Let's ask him a few.

Let Kerry handle this, he knows what he is doing. Until then why don't we write letters to our elected representatives letting them know that we do not approve of the way things are going. Support groups like Moveon.org who are working for our benefit.

How active are you in this area?

10. Damn right he didn't
They scream everyday with the media whores. Also, people come on these boards and continue their points and try to cause doubt. Don't fall for it, then Rove would win.

Kerry is playing hard and tough. The Bushies are moving ahead with the "hate him so keep us strategy". It will get worse and they will scream louder and nastier.

My opinion

3. You said it better
than I could. I love Kerry. He has no business being on the defensive against a chickenhawk little chimp like *. What's he doing against the ropes? Some very real outrage about this swiftboat crap is long, long overdue.

8. That's it!
Outrage IS the proper response to the Swiftboat Liars. They have challenged Kerry's honor, and the honor of the men that served under him.

Believe me, if Kerry looked them all in the eye and told them they were goddam liars and to go to hell, he would win over some of those NASCAR dads.

6. Kerry's Doing Fine
Kerry's doing fine getting out his message. Look at the polls! His job is to set himself as an alternative to the destructive George Bush, and he's succeeding.

The Bush administration is a failure, everybody knows that. People are going to pull the lever for a change. It won't be close.

15. Now is for defense
Look at the polls---Kerry's going up not down. The repukes have the ball through their convention, and are trying desperately to give it their best shot. Kerry has defended ably on the swift boat thing, and the Iraq war business, with no results for the Republicans. Now, the more the Bushies pound those very issues, the worse their fellow looks, AWOL and war mismanager that he is.
Preview of coming attractions: More bad economic news, Moveon and others running strong anti-Bush ads, indictments in the Plame case, more bad news from Iraq, and Bush is sunk without Kerry lifting a finger. Then after Labor Day and the Repub convention, Kerry can make his move, trying to sweep in a Democratic Congress with him.
Our part in this: to convert the waffling, get out the vote, and assure a clean election.

17. Kerry has already gone after him on those issues
the problem is the media wont report it. that's not Kerry's fault. this is why he holds so many rallies and doesn't restrict those who can attend. he has to go to the people directly, he knows he can't depend on the media to show anything. and when they do they distort and spin what he said.

18. Kerry is doing the right thing...
let these assholes shoot themselves in the foot...we already know that Kerry is leading BushCO in the polls...and BushCO is only going down hill faster and faster everyday...

If anyone needs to do something it is us...we need to put pressure on the major networks and such to get them to talk about what is going on...it's an all out smear campaign...so it's up to us to expose it...!

Kerry is doing fine...he's not letting the partisan/hate bullshit get to him...they wan't him to strike back...but he's doing the smart thing by continuing to talk to voters about the issues...the righties are burying themselves...
