If this goes to the convention and history repeats or keeps its perfect record

what do you think of the idea of "free states" where states act independently with their own Bill of Rights patterned after the one we've lost that they will uphold? Then the next primaries and caucuses could be state oriented and people could have a choice in what kind of legal system and government they want to live under.
