Local News in Tampa Reports 3 US Senators file a lawsuit against DNC.
I was afraid of this...

Reported on TBO Channel 8, but no posted story yet.

They claim that Florida primary unfair by DNC rules.

5. I think it was the suit by Geller and two other Broward Dems.
Nelson has already sued and lost, and I doubt Martinez would.

6. There was a lack of details...
but they were waiting for a deal.

Apparently the suit claims that other states moved dates without a penalty. (Don't flame me, I'm just reporting. I'm not agreeing.)

I hope that there are more reports at 6PM.

14. Funny how you never seem to worry about the voters who wanted to vote
for Obama in MI but couldn't. Isn't that on your radar anywhere? Why only the Hillary point of view.

I chalk your outrage right up there with the Repubes bitching about voter fraud instead of election fraud. It's disingenous.

11. I want to sue Bill Clinton and his stewardship of the Dem party fr 1993-2005.
He was criminally negligent as he would never direct his heads of the DNC to secure the election process for Dem voters and Dem candidates, as he and his servants collapsed the party infrastructures in so many states where the RNC gained control of the election process at every level where the votes are allowed, cast and counted - especially states like Florida and Ohio.

Bill Clinton let this happen because he wanted BushInc protected till Hillary could get into office.

TALLAHASSEE -- Democratic National Committee 2, Florida 0.

Florida Democrats lost another effort on Wednesday to make Florida's Democratic primary more meaningful on Jan. 29.

U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle threw out a lawsuit that aimed to force the national party to seat Florida delegates at the national convention and command presidential candidates to campaign in Florida.

"We're pleased that the court respected the necessity of the Democratic National Committee to enforce its rules about the selection of delegates to the convention and to treat all of the state Democratic parties across the country in a fair and consistent and equitable way," said Joe Sandler, the DNC's attorney.
