Comparing Kennedy and the Clintons' lemonade stand
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/us_world/2008/05/22/2008-05-22_ted_kennedy_fightin_the_good_fight_his_e.html

This link has been used to note that Sen Kennedy would like his wife to continue on in his seat. But in reading the piece by Mike Lupica, there's more to it than that.

After that, through it all, there was his work in the Senate. For so many years, he was not just all his family had, he was all his party had. The Clintons act as some kind of political dynasty, but compared with Edward Kennedy's work as a senator from Massachusetts, they are a lemonade stand.

At the end of this campaign, when they have run out of excuses, the Clintons stand for one thing above all else: Getting elected. It is all Bush Junior ever stood for.

Edward Kennedy, for all the mistakes he has made in his life, for all the ways he seemed to sabotage himself and occasionally sell himself out, has never sold out what he thought Democrats should stand for, no matter which party had the White House at the time.

Thanks Uncle Teddy. We love you.
