Look, shall we not pick on Hillary anymore?
It's of no use, it's debasing, and really why kick a dead horse? I'm ashamed that I was unkind in my posts many, many months ago, but it was because I thought she was rather overconfident and thought it was owed to her. Then there were all the other reasons, that followed, of course, but let's just let it go. She has provided a great historical reference for all to behold. I'm sure she knows her goose is cooked. SO, stop it, there's no need to keep rubbing it in, over and over, and over! We get it! Please use all that energy to squash McInsane!!! Enuf of the NA-NANNY-BOOBOOS!!!

12. I'll stop criticizing her
When she stops doing shit that needs to be criticized. It's really just that simple. So long as she keeps pushing, people are going to push back. At the moment she is working to undermine not only the presumptive nominee, but the process that got him there and the party he belongs to. When she stops, I'll stop.

13. She's toast - even the corporate media has given up on her
I don't care what she does. She is basically in the Ron Paul category now. Doesn't matter what she says - nobody's covering it.

She'll be news again if she somehow forces her way onto the ticket. Until then, who gives a shit?

37. right, the truth at this point
Edited on Mon May-19-08 05:25 PM by marions ghost
has got to be said. Her stock is plummeting. There's no reason anybody should soft pedal it.

Hillary is entitled to fight to the end of the primaries...but it would be a lot classier to concede now and unite the party. Of course we who have been following it closely feel that way, whereas apparently a lot of people out there (polls say...) think it matters for her to trudge to the finish line (while pretending everything is still doable somehow).

It's getting to the point where Hillary's last gasp seems just bizarre. I'm fascinated by the bizarre and the terminally obsessive. The way politics in this country turns people into rabid animals is really something to watch.

I don't think people should beat up on Hill at this point. Obama has won. But I don't know how she continues to hold onto her sanity. This really is not good for her either--she's in danger of forever being written off. I hope she sails into the sunset after this. She's lost credibility not gained it, IMO.

We're embarrassed for her because we're witnessing a huge case of serious denial -- made public.

I think people who DO care about Hillary should ask her to bow out very soon. Even people on her side should see that she needs support to end this. Some people just don't end things well....once they lock on (esp for such along time), they have to be actively disengaged. She seems to be fitting this profile.

28. wasn't it just yestereday or day before when she LIED AGAIN about no. of delegates & "popular vote"?
Edited on Mon May-19-08 05:05 PM by ima_sinnic
several days ago someone tried to get everyone to just ignore it, but right after that (as I predicted, but was chastised at the time for doing so), that it would still be a traitor, a liar, divisive, and not to be trusted.

She just had her "conference call" when she again deluded her precious cult worshippers with lies about her chances, the number of delegates that she needed, and the importance of FL & MI to secure the "popular vote" for her, ad nauseum ...

on edit: and, yes, of course, the bribery thing just today, by one of Senator Punjab's many foreign friends and investors. Influence peddling is a favorite trick of the HillBillary.

so, no, the snake is still biting.
