1. I predict yes

The seats we are going for are tough. We may get a +1 w/ Illinois, but no one in this world will convince me we won't lose Georgia.

We could get Alaska amazingly enough, but that still doesn't get us into the lead IF we still keep Edwards seat.

We won't get the house I don't think, but Im not as much in the know on the house.

My prediction is we "COULD" go 50-49-1 in the Senate and maybe sneak a couple off the House, but I doubt we win there.

2. I just got a feeling that
if we get that close it might be enough to bring over Chaffee and maybe Snow.

3. Here's my prediction:
We'll take both houses on Kerry's coattails. I think our candidate's campaign staff has some fight in it. We haven't seen that in awhile.

5. not just Ilinois
as you said Alaska is very possible. WE have a very good chance to pick up a seat in Colorado. In fact, most predict we will. PA and MO also present opportunities for pickup.

6. I hope so

But Specter in PA is safe even if JK carries the state. Missouri? I am not familiar with our chances there. Can you expand on them.

7. Specter
isn't safe. He polls below 50 percent and the Dem candidate represents a fairly Republican district. Its the same district that Margory Margolis Medvinsky to Congress. If you remember, she cast the deciding vote for the first Clinton Budget. Hoeffel will run a very good campaign and Specter has come close to losing before.

8. Kit Bond
has always won by very narrow margins. There are others here who can talk in better detail about that race and Nancy Farmer's chances.
