For all the people who chose to take on the responsibility of overseeing the daily maelstrom, and working to keep DU a 'civil' place under the most difficult times, I'd like to say 'thanks'.


I've been astounded at the number of pervasive and nasty trolls that have insinuated themselves into the community for the sole purpose of sowing discord in an already hostile environment with, I'm sad to say, a small amount of success. The good news? Due to the efforts of our moderators, it has been only a small amount of success.

I hope no one fell for that one. {oe} - ANYONE that promises not to vote for the Dem candidate is either being a child, or a troll.

There are Obama/Clinton pseudo-supporters all over the place here and their number one intent is to piss us off at one-other. Let's take a second to thank the mods for carefully weeding DU in the interest of getting rid of the instigators.

I don't understand why they feel like they need to beat themselves up?? I thought they did an excellent job of figuring out a way to keep GD-P from sliding into complete chaos. They need to have more confidence in their decisions. They have proven themselves to be very thoughtful and deliberative in their decisions.
