For my 3rd and final post in GDP today...something very important!
DO NOT....

I REPEAT...

DO NOT....

Use Cinnamon Raisin Bread to make French Toast....

My whole house smells like charred raisins...something akin to a turd wrapped in burnt hair.

Thank you.

19. well chocolate will kill a dog outright, raisins are more of a slow poison
Chocolate can immediately attack the nervous system as I understand it. Raisins will only harm an animal from repeated/habitual consumption.

Sodium Nitrate is the stuff of nightmares. Always check the ingredient list for it and then run. I wish this health issue got more press.

In 2005 the American Association for Cancer Research found consumers of processed meats 67% more likely to suffer from pancreatic cancer!

“The results suggest that carcinogenic substances related to meat preparation, rather than their inherent fat or cholesterol content, might be responsible for the association,”

"Hon - what bread did you use for this?"

"The French bread from last night's dinner!"

"That's wasn't French bread - that was rosemary garlic bread."

whoopsie!

34. You're doing it wrong -- recipe follows
8 Slices cinnamon raisin bread
3 Eggs
Oil for cooking
2 cups good Bourbon

Mix eggs well.

Soak bread in egg mixture for one hour

While bread is soaking, drink bourbon. Throw everything else away. Repeat daily until we have a Democrat in the White House.
