3. Good on McCain for coming out against it
And attacking Bush on it, too... though he should believe the Bush Administration is capable of this, seeing as they did it to him four years ago.

6. McCain knows first hand
about the sneaky underhandedness of this administration...yet he continues to shill for these guys. I want to like McCain, but when he goes and speaks at the RNC, how can I?

It's all the fault of McCain Feingold.

Predictable.

5. Keith did EMPHATICALLY say the these guys...
...were on neither of Kerry's boats. That "served" meant fighting in the same war.

(he did then play a bit of the ad, though)

And his correspondent, Crawford just poo-poohed the Admin's reaction.

10. Oh, Keith made fun of the whole thing. If you have a problem with
Olberman's reporting then I don't think there is any show on cable news that wouldn't raise your blood pressure.

Olberman and Crawford called the entire commercial a LIE. They also didn't act like the WH condemned the ad which is what FAUX reported.

15. that's true, cause they all SUCK
I LIKE Olberman most of the time, but Crawford is a right wing SHILL.

and they YOKKED it up about the story together, ignoring the substance of it; immediately going to the campaign funding issue

they DROPPED the swift boat story right away

what were YOU watching?

8. You Just Saw The First Of Many Questions...
Looks like some of the Countdown folks did some homework on the "vets" in this ad...one who praised Kerry in '96 and another...the doctor who supposedly treated his wounds...where Kerry's records (which I'm sure will be made public...cause they already are) doesn't have a doctor's signature on it.

Trust me on this one...this story is gonna backfire major on this regime...maybe enough to destroy Bunnypant's chance to win the military vote...active AND vets.

There are a lot of pissed of Vietnam Vets...many Repugnicans...who, like McCain don't like Chickenhawks and pretty flyboys like Bunnypants who avoided the war. The doofus' fight to hide his own non-military past has added to this anger.

We're already picking apart all the flimsy threads at this story and it'll go on from there...

Cheers!

14. GW Bush didn't have the stones to either fight in Vietnam OR
to protest against it back home.

Kerry did BOTH.

'Nuff said.
