Bill Maher thinks Kerry will win.
I'm watching Maher on Hardball with Chris Matthews. He compared this election with the Carter/Reagan election. That election was neck and neck and at the end the Independants went for Reagan. He sees the same thing happening for Kerry. I agree. I think it will be close up to the debates. Thats when Kerry will clinch it.

2. I heard him say that...
although I remember him saying on The View a few months ago that he thought it would be impossible for Kerry to win. I agree with him NOW though, lol, the way I see it, there are only two ways this election can go... barely Kerry or Kerry in a landslide, though with conditions as thy are now, I think it will land somewhere in the middle of those two.

3. I hope we do have debates! I wouldn't
put it past them to try and weasle out of them or at least demand that all the questions be given in advance. Bush needs time to practice you know. :eyes:

too many demands, etc. Until they get such a wimpy forum (like Larry King or question in advance, etc.) for Bush so it won't really matter (or just not have any at all)...

We've got to make sure there are debates and fair and impartial ones...not some republican slimy, steal Kerry's debate log bullshit.

8. I hope Bush does go debate-AWOL...
... If it means JK can step up and use the entire televised event to field questions from the audience himself.

Wouldn't that be great?

"My opponent couldn't be here tonight because he's a pantywaist and an idiot. But I'm happy to stand here before you, the voters, and answer any questions you might like to pose..."

Sigh.

We can dream, can't we? :)

7. Don't matter who wins. Bush will still be pretzledent.
They're snickering into their popcorn every night. They know it doesn't matter who wins. They're in charge, and that WON'T change. no matter what.

9. Good Interview
I saw the Bill Maher interview last night. It was well done. I hope that he is right about undecideds breaking for Senator Kerry.
