Bush Bungles, Boo-Boos and Betrayals that affect "Middle America"
Edited on Tue Aug-03-04 09:37 AM by WiseMen
Hey, I have said that "independent pro-Kerry groups must develop a sophisticated and powerful Kerry vs Bush pitch which very strongly attacks Bush’s weaknesses ..," BUT the question is

What are those screw-ups and incompetencies that would really
get a "swing-voter" riled up?

There is not much point talking to ourselves.

A few things come immediately to mind:

1. "Deer-in-the-headlights" reaction in among the kids on 9/11
when he heard "country under attack."

2. Richard Clarke testimony: War in Iraq bungled war on terror.

"Anonymous" calls it a "Christmas Present" to Osama.

3. Bush's chief economist calling sending jobs offshore "a good thing."

......

Help! Lets compile a list of funny and pointed cases, jokes
cartoons and links to specific sources.

Some Bush vs. Kerry contrasts would be great!

1. Prison Abuse, Prision Abuse, Prison Abuse. Religious Perversion
I think that Dems need to connect Bush's false Christianity with
the promotion of perversion and torture and the shame he has brought
upon America and the Christian religion in the Muslim world.

"In Abu Ghraib, the fact that a woman was there—and that one gender was being exposed naked to both genders—outraged not just Iraqis but everyone in the region, not just Muslims but Christians as well," Haverford College religion professor Michael A.

2. Got to come up with some jokes about "Terror Alert" Bungles
Apparently most of the alerts to date are based on
con-men informers, websites that are well-know to purvey bogus
information, and now pre-911 scoping of buildings.
