5. It IS a cheap job on Kerry--and that's why he "wins" the "debate"

The underlying message of "This Land" is that Bush has done a "cheap job" on American politics--the bullying, name-calling and ego-tripping he thrives on has muddied us all. Kerry responds in kind, but his mere prescene gives hope that we can be clean again. For instance, Bush calls Kerry is a "UN pussy?" On what grounds--that he had the "strength" to bumrush Iraq after the UN refused to knuckle under to his lies?

I've seen it a few times, and generally I don't like that watered-down political stuff. But this really made me laugh and I've watched it a few times. The shots at Kerry may be "cheap" and, yes, superficial, but they don't exactly attack Bush's economic record/ foreign policy. Lighten up.
