Ironically, one virulent obama supporter got so upset when i referred to the video as doctored (on Friday), that he/she put me on ignore and made a great big public issue of putting me on ignore. Unfortunately they could not answer the question of if it was real, then why had the pubbies not jumped all over it during the 90's.

13. Just to put any lingering doubt's to rest befor this thread explodes-

Just to be up front, I'm an Obama supporter and decided to do a little research on my own. (I had this in an original thread a couple days ago, but took it down and decided to wait till someone else brought it up)

I took the clip, used an audio program and enhanced it. I looked at the wave itself, and it was obvious that there was more to the word. The sentence he said after that was inaudible so I can't speak to that.

He didn't say "sh-t" he said "sh-tting"

No matter how great it would be to some if he HAD said that, sorry he didn't.

In the image below is a soundwave, it's the image of that one word which was jumped on, in that now infamous clip. I took the sound, and looked at it visually.

Here we find something interesting. The beat markers if the word was "Sh-t" would have shown a beginning and an end, two beats.

1- SH
2- the two bumps there are the TT
3- small bump for the beginning of NG
4- end guh for NG

Below it you will find that the program counted 3 beats for the word at 82 percent sensitivity. NOT 2, 3 beats. SH-T-NG.

17. Well, like I said-

The following sentence after his audible one was the one in question with that vile word. I seriously doubt he said that, especially on camera. The audio for it was too distorted for me to get anything intelligible out of it when enhanced so- I can't "Prove" he didn't say that. On the flip side, it would be just as difficult for someone to prove he did say it after all.


I do know this though, people many times either hear what they want to hear- or hear what they fear is correct. The fact of the matter is they could have subtitled any number of things into it that followed the mouth movement and had some believing.


This whole thing was a disgusting attempt at "taking down" someone with political affiliation.

I said before when this came out, I want my candidate to win- but I do NOT want him to win in this way. It's terrible, and I sincerely hope whoever was behind the whole thing gets what's coming to them.
