Hey did you hear: White working class voters won't vote for Obama b/c they are a bunch of racists..

who won't vote for a black man.

Gov Easly, who endorsed Clinton in NC, will help Clinton increase her percentage of white working class voters. But white working class voters won't vote for Obama b/c they are a bunch of racists who won't vote for a black man.

Bubba (an ex-president) is very popular with white working class voters. But white working class voters just won't vote for Obama b/c they are a bunch of racists who won't vote for a black man.

Other Clinton's endorsers have helped deliver the white working class vote to Clinton (e.g., Stickland in OH and Rendell in PA). But white working class voters won't vote for Obama b/c they are a bunch of racists who won't vote for a black man.

Clinton hacks and the corporate media say "A black man can't get elected, he'll lose to McCain." So some working class voters vote for the white woman instead of the black man b/c they want to win in Nov. But everyone knows that what is really going on is white working class voters just won't vote for Obama b/c they are a bunch of racists who won't vote for a black man.

The Clintons tell working class Americans that they will fight for them but have a long history of selling them down the river. In lobbying the superdelegates and putting out their media spin they paint the white working class voters as a bunch of racists. The Clintons really have no shame. They will use anyone.

Ignore the fact that in the latest general election poll Obama BEATS McCain in PA. Because everyone knows Obama can't win in the general election b/c white working class voters are a bunch of racists who won't vote for a black man.

Are some white working class voters racist? Sure, but far, far, far from the degree that the Clintons and their hacks would have you believe.

of the destructive duo.

On edit: The same as accusing the Obama campaign of playing the race card b/c they kept a list of the Clinton campaign playing the race card. How dare they compile a list. The nerve!

It's gotta make all "Democrats" proud. :eyes:

Racism-by-Proxy - Tried and true, it's been used for many, many decades.

10. well
I know the post is meant to be a bit sarcastic but I'll be serious anyway

There are probably some people who would never vote for a black man and some who would never vote for a woman.

I'm thinking that being in one of the above groups makes one more likely to be in the other as well.
These folks will be republicans or stay-at-homes.

From the votes so far, I think we can say the group most likely to vote for a black man are blacks.
To a lesser degree, the vote so far looks like a female candidate gets a little more of the female vote.

Not much said so far, I suppose.

So how about the people who wont vote for a black but will vote for a woman?
Or those who won't vote for a woman but will vote for a black?
Which of these two groups is larger?

And then there are those who would have voted for the winner no matter what, but are now sour on one of the candidates because of all that has happened.

13. If that was the case, the Clintons wouldn't work overtime trying to paint Obama as just a black man.
Edited on Fri May-02-08 07:30 PM by Skwmom
But about those Clinton accomplishments:

Free trade - sucked jobs from America and exploited workers world-wide.
Deregulation of financial institutions - the subprime mortgage crisis.
Voting for the Iraq War - billions borrowed from China, it will cost trillions in the long run, thousands killed and maimed.

I could go on but let's just say that the Clintons only appear accomplished b/c they were in office right before Bush and much of the harm they did wasn't felt until AFTER they left office.

Oh, another example - a NOVICE is beating them at the only thing they were really ever good at.

fraud? Team Clinton sounds as stupid as Team Bush. They must be working closely together. They are starting to sound alike.

buddies flame-bait? I guess we're all just supposed to ignore the phony b.s. they try to spoon feed us on a daily basis and just accept it as gospel. I am sick and tired of the working class voters being lied to in order to get their votes and then on top of that being smeared in the process.

37. Oh please. The Clinton team has majored in repeat it enough and
people will just believe it is true. Prime examples:

I am ready from day one, I am ready from day one, I am ready from day one....
I have met the commander-in-chief test, I have met the commander-in-chief test, I have met the commander-in-chief test,
I have 35 years of experience, I have 35 years of experience, I have 35 years of experience.

I was repeating the phony Clinton meme, the smearing of white working class voters, the old white working class voters won't vote for Obama b/c they are racists and they won't vote for a black man. I can just hear them now to the superdelegates.... We would love to see a black man elected President but you know those racist white working class voters.....
