I've been sitting here trying to think of a reasoned response to the ludicrous Kantor charges that are dominating DU's GDP front page today...

But those charges are so stupid, they just don't merit a response.

It's obvious that the Obama supporters who are trying to somehow smear Hillary Clinton by using a doctored clip from sixteen years ago are nothing short of desperate for anything they can find to trump the Obama/Wright drama.

How do you answer charges that are so stupid? How do you respond to the very same people who yesterday spun half a quotation to wound Hillary? (Didn't work, but was funny to watch.)

The honest-to-god truth is that there are some people at DU who have zero ethics, who don't mind outright LYING about their opponent, if they think that it'll somehow help the candidate they support.

To those Obama supporters who have spoken against what happened yesterday and today, I commend you. I'm recommending your threads, even if they're unrelated to these scandals, because you demonstrate a quality we should all exhibit--integrity.
