Why are there STILL 45 PRECINCTS not counted in PA 9,219 out of 9,264 Districts (99.51%) Reporting

It's been like this since yesterday.

3. They actually counted the vote pretty quick. They had 99% counted by 1am.

5. Fast Eddie on damage control duty
Great technique to shape the primary results news coming out of PA. Slow down the count when it looks like it will effect the margin negatively for Shrillery. Better everyone find out later that things didn't turn out as well as first reported. Not exactly voter fraud but the next best thing to it.

But the Republican votes aren't sorted in any order.

And not to be a math geek but they also rounded up Clinton's ratio, while truncating Obama's (do this in an Excel sheet) :silly:

Obama 1,037,953 45.45%
Clinton 1,245,911 54.55%

10. ONE district in Philadelphia County still not reported.
That's an Obama stronghold, 65.2% to 34.8%.
