I wish Obama would do the same.

based on my little cross-section of life is going Obama.

The only hillary supporter I know got real quite after the bitter backfired. She's from a small town in western PA and she agreed with Obama.

I can't wait for this whole thing to be over so I can concentrate on beating republicans again, this sh*t is getting exhausting.

12. HA! Hillary must have heard Colbert talk about the "Colbert bump"...
...that candidates get after being on the Colbert Report.

Colbert was on Larry King and it was a fucking HOOT! Larry King didn't know what to make of him. King kept trying to take him seriously. At one point someone asked Colbert about fascism and Colbert finished his answer by confirming he's for fascism. I thought King was going to drop his bottom plate.

The FUNNIEST part--and even Colbert had to look down to keep his smile off the camera--was when Larry King said (loose quotes, content is accurate):

KING: "So it's the Colbert Repor(t). I was pronouncing it wrong."

COLBERT: "Yes, that's right. But, Larry, you should know how to pronounce it because it's like 'Colbert' and you dated Claudine Colbert."

KING: "Now why did you have to go and insult me like that? I knew of her, but she was much older than I."

COLBERT: (Backpeddling like crazy, realizing he unintentionally went to far) "But, well..."

I mean, I've NEVER seen King lose it like that before. I'm still laughing about it. I hope it's up on the Tube soon.

18. Hillary will be on Colbert this Thursday
Hillary hoping for a "Colbert Bump"

The Democratic presidential candidate will make her first appearance on Comedy Central’s “The Colbert Report” on Thursday. Both Clinton and Colbert have come to Pennsylvania ahead of the state’s hard-fought Democratic primary on April 22.

News of Clinton’s visit was divulged Monday night in Philadelphia by MSNBC pundit Chris Matthews. He blurted it out during taping of the show at the University of Pennsylvania’s Zellerbach Theater. The news was confirmed by a person close to the satirical news program, who insisted on anonymity because the date of the visit hadn’t been publicly announced.
