Has anyone else Tuned Out the Primary at this point?
I find over the last couple of weeks that I have largely tuned out everything about the primaries.

Not that i'm uninterested in who wins the nomination or the presidency. But right now it just feels like a limp noodle. Groundhog Day.

Neither candidate is delivering any knock out blows, and neither one is totally imploding.

Hillary is imploding, but it seems like she is determined to stretch out her implosion over the next five months.

So I can't muster up much attention to it or interest in it for now. I suppose as Pennsylvania gets closer, it'll get moving again. But even then, if it is inconclusive, I doubt it'll shake things up enough to change this gridlock.

Anyone else feeling the same way?

1. Not as many threads started on GD:P either

A few weeks ago it was practically half of the threads on the latest page were from GDP. I think that a lot of us are starting to get fatigued.

3.  You are not alone as they say......
I am 90 percent clear of the whole thing. Waiting for the nominee, whoever that may be, to take on Mc Insane. I can't take it anymore either. I now listen to quiet and meditation music on my radio. Just enough of the news to find out if things are relatively normal. Then, back to peace and quiet of Dean Evenson, Tom Barbaras, or The Yoginis. Just listen to them over and over to rid my mind of thoughts of the fighting and name calling.

5. Not me.
I think the BS is hilarious, and I find the candidates' / campaigns' decisions revealing.

6. I'm over it...
I have a preference about who our nominee should be (Obama), but I know who our president should not be (mccain), so I will vote for whichever one our party chooses to make sure gramps can retire in peace...

I reserve the right to call bs on delusional posts about how obama can't win, anything that cites newsmax or has it's origins in a Hannity/Rush cirle-jerk of hateful paranoia, or anything that bashes clinton about her looks, wardrobe etc.

other than that...

7. I've done the same.
I was an Edwards supporter and lost a lot of enthusiasm when he dropped out. I wish it would end so we can focus on crushing McCain. This primary season has been exhausting - I'm sick of it.

8. Yup
And the reasons is such a long dry spell between primaries. Six weeks between the last one and PA. So you run out of crap to talk about. Hence, Wright and Ayres and $109 million and snipers and Michelle's first time being really proud, etc. It gets a little boring after a while.

I still want to hear Hillary's plan for victory though. That is always amusing. If someone could spell out exactly how she could manage the nomination, I'd be very curious.

10. Yes, and I'm so grateful
I'm happier now... enjoying life, post less on DU... generally less interested in watching talking heads on TV too.
