Senator Obama follows in Governor Clinton's footsteps...hmmmmm
1988-Governor Clinton delivers DNC keynote address in Atlanta
1992-Governor Clinton becomes the democratic nominee and president

2004-Senator Obama delivers the DNC keynote address in Boston
2008-Senator Obama clear frontrunner for the democratic nomination and presidency.

Interesting how their careers are parallel including I think losing an congressional race. Too bad President Clinton doesn't understand that Senator Obama is the 2008 version of him in 1992.

1. I'm sure he does (the candidate who believes in HOPE!), but Obama was not on Bill's agenda.

12. This is Tellurian. You ask a foolish question.
You are obviously unfamiliar with the poster. You are fortunate.

RFK, MLK, WJC, JFK, Woods and Lincoln. I don't see how that's a bad thing.

18. calling Obama a hologram
doesn't make sense to me. If he shares anything with any you mentioned (I suppose that's what you mean), that may be a plus for him. But he's his own person.

10. Yeah, that Harvard Law editor, community organizer, state senator, U.S. senator, etc. wears thin.
Plus, he was never married to a U.S. president. How dare he run!

Another nice post from you, Tellurian. Keep it up; I need the comedy material.

14. Tellurian thinks Jane Fonda and JFK are repugs

So don't expect anything resembling intellectual honesty from them.

2. Both running/ran at age 46 on "hope" and "change."
Edited on Sat Apr-05-08 05:43 PM by Eric J in MN
Both running/ran without much Washington experience.

Both have charisma and make good speeches.

Both have/had opponents with a lot of Washington experience who are veterans.

7. Funny, I wonder if Bill still believes ...
in a town called HOPE!

Hillary isn't running the campaign, nor stating the message that Bill was giving.

Obama is.
