Well he has another scuffed up face. Given all the political problems he has been having I wonder if you think this was a bicycle accident or an accident caused by him hitting the bottle to drink away his problems. :)

Knees, elbows, palms of hands, yeah. People put those out front when they fall down. Why? To protect the head and FACE. It's instinctive. I'm not too sure about liquor, but something rendered the Resident unable to assume the usual protective posture.

I myself had a bike accident when I was 16 and completely sober and ended up face first in the gravel. Not discounting other theories but this the same guy who fell off a Segway.
