Free talking point!
Regarding the WH Counsels' memo saying that in light of 9/11 the Geneva Convention may be outdated and that some of it's provisions regarding treatment of prisoners may be "quaint"....do you think that these same people regard the Constitution as "outdated" and "quaint" since 9/11/01? Or has this question already been answered by Patriot Acts I and II?

1. They do feel the same way about the Constitution...
...but they dare not say so out loud. Someone should point out the obvious.
