Anyone else sick of Joe Scarborough playing Republican psy-op games with the Democratic race?
He literally spends 3 hours a day pumping up Hillary Clinton in a faint effort to prolong the democratic race in order to weaken whoever the eventual nominee is. It should be made clear to everyone: Joe Scarborough is a former republican (anti-Clinton) congressman who wants nothing more than to see a long, drug out and damaging primary for the Dems. His newfound "affinity" for Hillary Clinton is an effort to exacerbate the fight between her and Obama. It's atrocious. Tim Roemer called him on it this morning too. Nevertheless, the games still continue.

1. I'm glad he got called on it
I used to listen to him before leaving for work but I get tired of him. He is very arrogant and loves to interrupt and talk over people.

35. The SMIRK !!!
You don't have to be a poker player to see a drop dead tell ...

He gets that little smirk every time he pulls this nonsense ...

15 years of being a rank and file, partisan Clinton hater ... Two months ago, Hillary was the anti-christ to him like ever other right winger ... NOW, he "respects her" ...

Yeah, OK ...

5. I'm sick of most of MSNBC, but especially of Joe Scar and Pat Spewcanon.
Sending numerous emails daily to MSNBC complaining about Joe and Pat resulted in both of them getting more face time. My last email to them indicated that Countdown is the only show I'll continue to watch. The rest of what they air is truly garbage.

37. Seems like all of the
Republican media ass's are for Hillary. From Rush on down the line, they want Hillary to win, so they can win the whitehouse in November! It's obvious as hell what they are doing backing her on all the crap she has pulling lately. They keep on bringing up Pastor Wright instead of addressing what Hillary is doing. All I see on TV makes me sick! The dems had a great chance his year to take back the whitehouse, and gain seats in congress. Now it looks like thanks to Hillary and her "win at all cost" tactics, and the republicans supporting her, once again we will have another 4 years of republicans in charge, and I just don't know if the country can take it!

I want to know when the leadership in the dem party will get some backbone and stand up to the Clintons before they destroy the democratic party!

14. I can't believe he has a tv show, after that "dead intern in his congressional office" incident
And there's his womanizing if the intern isn't enough of a problem.

"FORT WALTON BEACH, FL. - Lori Klausutis, a 28-year-old office worker for Rep. Joe Scarborough (R-Fl), was found dead in the congressman's district office. Police said preliminary findings from the medical examiner's office showed no foul play or any outward indication of suicide."

A Death in the Congressman's Office
Does Anybody in the Press Care About Lori Klausutis?
By Denis Wright and Chris George August 8, 2001

Unbelievably, that was it. The story was simply dropped. A young female employee of one of Florida's Congressmen had died unexpectedly in the Congressman's office. There were no witnesses to her death and the cause of death was not apparent.
Klausutis' boss, Joe Scarborough had recently resigned from Congress prematurely and unexpectedly, amid rumors about his marital fidelity and soon after a divorce. He had also abruptly resigned as publisher of the Independent Florida Sun, claiming that resigning from Congress and as publisher was necessary to spend more time with his sons.

...There was a great deal of ambiguity over whether Lori had suffered past medical problems. Scarborough's press secretary, Miguel Serrano, made mention of health problems in Lori's past, but could not be more specific. In response, Fort Walton Beach Police Chief Steve Hogue is quoted as saying "That's part of our investigation, checking into her medical history." Associate Medical Examiner Dr. Michael Berkland said "She had a past medical history that was significant, but it remains to be seen whether that played a role in her death". Soon after a member of the immediate family rejected out of hand that Lori had any significant medical problems. She was, in fact, quite an athlete, having recently run an 8K with a very respectable time and she belonged to the Northwest Florida Track Club.

The results of the mandated autopsy, however, were deemed "inconclusive" by Dr. Berkland, who ordered more specific toxicology tests. These results were expected by the middle of the following week, around the first or second day of August. Dr. Berkland commented at the time "This turns over several puzzle pieces in the case of her death and reveals more of the picture".

...It's also a matter of public record that he (Berkland) was suspended from his position as Medical Examiner in the State of Florida in July, 1999.

And so, what we have here is the death of a healthy young woman who died of a blow to the head and a lie from the Medical Director's office about this blow which was quite obvious to the naked eye. They then had to go search for some reason why she might have "fallen" and hit her head. And they have found an "undiagnosed cardiac arrhythmia". But a number of questions remain to be answered, and we have requested opinions from Dr. Nelson, the Chairman of the Medical Examiners Commission.

26. How could *anyone* support Scarborough after his "backhand" comment
to Mika? The link below has the video of him saying it. FUCK HIM and FUCK MSNBC for continuing to employ him.

On the January 30 edition of MSNBC's Morning Joe, host Joe Scarborough said to co-host Mika Brzezinski, "Mika, don't make me backhand you." Scarborough made the comment after telling CNBC chief political correspondent John Harwood: "I, actually -- I don't endorse anybody because, as you know, I'm a journalist," prompting Brzezinski to laugh. Brzezinski responded to Scarborough's "backhand" remark: "Oh, lord."

From the January 30 edition of MSNBC's Morning Joe:

HARWOOD: I think, Joe -- I know you were holding back, but I think that Charlie Crist endorsement might have had even more juice than a Scarborough endorsement. What do you think?

BRZEZINSKI: I think so.

SCARBOROUGH: I, actually -- I don't endorse anybody because, as you know, I'm a journalist. However, there's no doubt, there are two things --

BRZEZINSKI:

HARWOOD: I get it.

SCARBOROUGH: --that hurt -- Mika, don't make me backhand you. Mika is --

BRZEZINSKI: Oh, lord.

SCARBOROUGH: -- in a very bad way this morning because she's a big McCain fan, her brother works for McCain, so she's very excited.

BRZEZINSKI: Well, I'm happy for my brother.

27. Oh man, I missed that comment.
Just last week he told Mika in effect "Shut up because I'm getting very angry with you" in a stern voice with a cold eye. A guest actually got up and physically put himself between them. Despite the guest's "joking" manner I started wondering what Joe's aide had said to make him shut HER up.

Now I see this "backhand you" video. Joe was not smiling.

This is not funny. He's a sick fuck.

29. And his attitude toward women has been brought up in emails to MSNBC
numerous times, but he's still employed there. Since MSNBC loves the "guilt by association" tag when it relates to Obama and Wright, I have concluded that MSNBC share's Joe's condescending, violent attitude toward women, and Pat's racist, bigoted, sexist attitude toward everyone who isn't a Buchanan clone.

I can't wait until I can see someone beat the hell out of him I can't stand him! As far as I am concerned he and his guests are the cause of a lot of the disention between Dems. In the beginning they were having fun making sure that everyone hated Hillary and then it backfired and Obama came out on top and then I began to see the fear on PatBuchanan, Craig Crawford and asshole scarborough when they realized it wasn't a joke now they believe that if they keep us arguing between each other that McCain will win I don't believe that. Once it does get down to the General people will begin to come to their senses unless they want the draft, more war and a deeper depression than we are already in..
