Obama needs to go on the offense
After a week of hell which has hopefully ended by now for the most part, I feel it is time for Obama to start going on the offense.

First and foremost I think that he needs to get more Supers to follow Richardson's move yesterday. The time needs to come to start pressuring Hillary out.

Second, the damn media only cares about scandals and controversy.

I don't really know who he needs to attack (McCain or Hillary), but he needs to get the media to focus on someone else for a change.

Most voters are ignorant. They don't do research on all the controversy and scandals so they just go by what the media says.

What should Obama focus on with Hillary and McCain?

I would love for this campaign to be about the issues, but thats not going to happen. Most Americans are too stupid to care about that. The Wright story has taught me thats the kind of stuff many Americans pay attention too.

What ever happened to McCain's sex scandal?? Is there more to that?

If that story was done on Obama, he would be finished. It happens to McCain and nobody cares.

1. You should start a letter writing campaign
to all the super delegates to support him

It won't do much. It would probably annoy them more than anything else having a bunch of letters from avid fans each day (which I'm sure they already get).

2. Obama is held to a higher standard. McCain can fuck up and be dishonest
and make gaffes, but his POW/maverick thing means that he is always given the benefit of the doubt. Nobody expects integrity and principles from Hillary, so she gets a pass. Obama has to prove himself, over and over, and meet a higher bar for the Presidency.

4. Hillary would cry if he threw the kitchen sink at her... So he should do it.

5. We need to push Obama out, he is not electable
Also, Ted Kennedy road the primary against Carter all the way to the convention. We will see this again. So, OP, please quit begging, it's tacky.

7. I don't understand the need to beg
They seem to be so sure their candidate has it "cinched." I really think they should strong arm he super delegates, it isn't like they aren't already being blackmailed

The more the talking heads and haters blather, the better he looks.

11. This past week he did go on the offense; it's just hard to realize
What he did was to give three magnificent, {i]presidential speeches that show him as a thoughtful individual who will make reasoned, well-informed judgments when he is elected. Deep down, the American people don't want petty attacks, they want this. They yearn for this, after seven years of Bush.
