like the average american... Remember, these dont have to entirely accurate, they just have to have a kernel of truth, but they will pound them all... guaranteed 100%. I know I will be slightly misrepresenting some of these, but this is how the 527's will present them.

For both it will be the same because their policies are virtually the same...

1. Socialized Medicine
2. Tax and spend
3. Cut and run
4. anti-Free Trade

Now, individually....

Obama -

1. Black (unfortunate, but it is a factor)
2. Hussein for a middle name, and BTW Barak is short for Mubarak... yes like Egypts leader
3. Muslim Father
4. Muslim Step-Father
5. Grew up in Indonesia, a strange muslim country on the other side of the world
6. Did not put his hand over his heart
7. Did not wear his lapel pin
8. wife said America was a mean country
9. wife said that this is the first time she has ever been proud of this country
10. wife wrote a thesis/dissertation on the danger of blacks becoming too white.
11. Obama called him grandma a typical white person - he is a racist
12. Obama goes to a "Afro-centric" church that blames white people for everything - he is racist
13. Obama's preacher, friend, mentor, father figure is a racist hate monger that hates America
14. Obama's preacher, friend, mentor, father figure love Louis Farrakhan
15. Obama's preacher, friend, mentor, father figure is friends with Khadaffi
16. Obama's preacher, friend, mentor, father figure supports terrorists like Hamas
17. Obama is friend with domestic terrorist groups dedicated to destroying the US govt - Weather Underground.
18. Lack of experience.
19. Flip Flopper
20. Obama's church loves gay people and is fighting to allow them to be married.
21. Obama is Left of Ted Kennedy.
22. Rezko shady slum lord, bag man for terrorist money? (
23. Obama rhymes with Osama

Clinton -

1. Bill's wandering dick
2. Whitewater shady
3. Library funding shady (maybe)
4. Flip Flopper on policies
5. She is a bitch and a lesbo... (i am reaching now)
6. She flip flops on the war too.
7. Lost records showing up in living quarters shady
8. Pardons shady, Bros suck
9. Hillary is a commie.
10. Shady friends (Hsu, Gupta, Paul, etc)
11. Off shore tax shelters (hypocrisy)
12. She's female and that is just as much a detriment as Obama's race. duh
13. Lack of experience
14. Her silly lies like being under fire in Bosnia
15. Radical 60's stuff (Black Panther, Anti-war, etc)

Ok, so which do you think is the one that has the harder sell?

Nobama?

OH, AND DONT FRIGGIN ARGUE WHETHER MY POINTS ARE TRUE OR FAIR... THAT IS NOT THE POINT.

and I just don't have time for this propaganda bullshit anymore.

You want to have a discourse?
then be honest, instead of trying to
shovel bullshit at us
with this post.

That's what I'm talking about.

You want a long ass list for Clinton and McCain, to equal the amazing stereotypical list for Obama that you have there? Fine.

But please know, that you were probably wrong about whether Obama would get as far as he's gotten to date, so why do you think that you are all of the sudden right?

Clue baby! You're not.

You forget that Obama's got way more game than you are crediting him for. Way more!

3. McCain:
* stumbling around Iraq, looking confused, getting answers wrong
* 100 year war
* connections to Abramoff
* lying about e-mails
* no clue on economics
* up against either Dem in a debate, I don't think there's a contest there
* rethugs in general and the miserable way they've handled this country, war, economy, etc., for the past 8 years
* bad-d-d temper

I'm sure there's more, but I'm confident he's very beatable.

33. She's not. But the GOP will make everyone think she is.
Remember, in the absence of any fact, the GOP just makes shit up. Kerry was seen as vetted and extremely electable. A Vietnam vet and a distinguished senator against the chickenhawk frat boy Bush, it looked like it was going to be a surefire Kerry win. But the GOP proved that they don't let fact and truth get in the way of their attacks.

Vince Foster. Sorry, a lot of people believe it.

You use Rezco as two seperate items but lump Gupta, Giustra, Hsu and Paul in one item for hilly. You condense or omit other obvious repuke attacks. And one thing you've forgotten: Hillary in not likable. She has zip charisma and no teflon. All that counts. It's not just what attacks there will be, but who's best prepared to shrink them down and deflect them. Obama is proving he's far better a fighter and far more adept at that than Hill.

And man, if you don't think that the repubs aren't going to use some of the fantasic footage of her that she gave them if she's the nom, you're nuts.

42. I am tired of thinking like an "insider" on politics....
and I'm tired of this line of reasoning constantly underestimating the American electorate.

Let me tell you a story; back in 05 I was talking to a friend of mine who was a local campaign manager and cast himself as the consummate political guy. He was Mr. Insider. This was back after the election was over and we were looking at who would be the DNC chair. He was definitely in Martin Frost's camp. He told me that Martin was beloved by all the party insiders and he was a shoo-in for DNC chair. Well, guess what, we Deaniacs got off our butts and called our DNC people. My DNC guy told me he'd never heard from voters before, at all. And we got Dean in, and he gave us the 50 state strategy, and the rest is history.

When I read posts like this I feel like I'm talking to Mr. Political Guy all over again.

Yeah, I see your point. But I am tired of picking our candidates based on what the Republicans might do or might not do. Fuck that noise. I want to pick a candidate I'll be proud to vote for and happy to work for. And after hearing Obama's speech this week, I feel like that about this good man.

I hope and believe that the American electorate can and will rise to the occasion.

48. Why not instead make a list of no-brainer positive memes for each candidate?
Easy reasons why people might chose to vote FOR a candidate.

McCAIN
- "Independent-minded, a maverick"
- He'll protect us

um.... that's all I can think of

CLINTON
- She's not George Bush.
- Maybe she'll get us out of the war.
- She might do something on health care
- She's a woman

OBAMA
- He's not George Bush
- Maybe he'll get us out of the war.
- He might do something on health care
- What's this Hope and Change thing he keeps talking about?
- He keeps talking about bipartisanship and changing Washington. I like that.
- He's very different. This country needs something very different.

Face it, either one of them would wipe the floor with Bomb Bomb Iran in the GE. I just like Obama and think he'd do better.

52. I have noticed two new ones over the past several weeks -
(1) Obama has dual citizenship (Kenya & U.S.)

(2) Obama is not an American citizen - His mother denounced her U.S. citizenship.
This is combined with his mother the anthropologist was like Margaret Mead - she went native.

This is not true (as far as I know and I think I we would know by now) but as you pointed out - it does not need to be true for the 527s to use it.
