He was on the show of another DJ earlier that day --who guest hosted for Rush --and played the interview again.

As far as the Rove "praise" --that's not praise --it's an observation that Rove did something which should have been impossible to do --elect a monkey the office f President.
It's not like Bill held a press conference to announce his great praise of a wonderful man. Like usual --you distort facts --and keep going with them even when they are either debunked totally --or placed in context.
