Hillary "glad he gave" speech
Clinton, speaking at Philadelphia City Hall, began by preempting questions about Obama's speech:

"I did not have a chance to see or to read yet Sen. Obama’s speech, but I’m very glad that he gave it. It’s an important topic," she said. "Issues of race and gender in America have been complicated throughout our history, and they have been complicated in this primary campaign. There have been detours and pitfalls along the way."

She continued that the fact that the Democratic Party is set to nominate an African-American or a woman is something Americans "should celebrate."

Then she turned back to why Democrats should choose her.

"The opportunity for America will be in choosing a president who will best solve the big challenges our country faces," she said.

Also, she took a little dig at speeches, in general. What matters, she said, isn't the quality of the speeches:

"It's whether the president delivers on the speeches."

and his campaign headquarters who are posting all over this web site. When you don't agree they insult and use bad language.

Don't we have other issues more important?

What about giving a speech on impeaching this insane President and his VP? No bravery there with the candidates are there?

just curious if campaign people have ever been outed... imo, campaign staffers posting on here for propoganda purposes is wrong, no matter the campaign...

It only exemplifies the difference between them.

14. A few things on this....
1.) Hillary seems to the master of the "incredible small minded comments."

2.) A swipe like this: "It's whether the president delivers on the speeches" is just petty and further reflects her smallness.

3.) Finally and most importantly I want to repond to this: "The opportunity for America will be in choosing a president who will best solve the big challenges our country faces."

Guess what Hillary, 80% of the primaries are done and they have chosen. It's not you.

17. She didn't let it take her off message like it has Obama and his campaign
acknowledge it and keep on going. It is Obama's problem not hers.

She did the right thing.

Some would probably prefer she cry and then faint.
