Deeds vs. Words....
Edited on Tue Mar-18-08 12:46 PM by LeftHander
Obama's speech today....

One of the first challenges of taking this nation forward after 8 years of misery, is to first break through the din of distraction and teach this nation what has ailed us for decades.

This speech was a great deed. The truth it speaks is so profound that it will silence wild flagulations of the main stream media.

It has exposed the raw truths of our Nation, culture and political environment. Words were used. Not backroom deals with lobbyists, glad handing across the isle, clever manipulation of arcane rules or backslapping cocktail parties.

The words Obama spoke will do more for this nation than any false victory or compromise with conservatives bent on maintaining the status quo.

This speech is a deed. A heroic deed in the story of our nation.

2. Either way Obama has proven he's totally unfit to be President.
If we believe that Obama's lying about being present when Wright went on his racist and unpatriotic rants then it's clear that Barack is an unethical liar who is unfit to be President. If we believe that Obama's telling the truth and had no clue that Wright has been making racist and unpatriotic statements, then it's also clear that Obama remained clueless for 20 years & is unfit to be President.

There are more important issues Obama can have a speech on than race. If he claims he has never brought race into his campaign, why does he feel the need to indirectly bring race as the issue of why he is now starting to get negative media attention.
Obama is not perfect. He cannot play cover-up and lie to the American people's faces about his affiliations. Obama thinks he is sly, but many of us know better.

Why did he not want to answer questions today? Is he afraid he is going to trip himself up and be caught in more lies?

Whether Obama is a liar or is clueless, it's obvious that he's unfit to be commander-in-chief.

4. "racist and unpatriotic statements"
racist and unpatriotic statements
racist and unpatriotic statements
racist and unpatriotic statements
racist and unpatriotic statements
racist and unpatriotic statements
racist and unpatriotic statements
racist and unpatriotic statements
racist and unpatriotic statements
racist and unpatriotic statements
racist and unpatriotic statements
racist and unpatriotic statements

(Just thought I'd give you some help in framing this meme.)

Of course the truth is that "racist and unpatriotic statements" is just Newspeak for "truths that make bigoted white people uncomfortable."

Good luck in your crusade.

3. It was politically risky to address race, but he stepped up like a man and did it, and I'm proud.
